Ordering

How do I place an order?

We try to make the order procedure by Barong Barong Shop as easy as possible. But if you have any questions about the order procedure, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@barongbarong.com.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at Barong Barong for free, if the order isn't sent out yet. If you want to cancel your order you can contact our Customer Service at customerservice@barongbarong.com. When your order is cancelled you will receive a confirmation email.

I tried to place an order and it didn't go through. What can I do?

You can contact our Customer Service, send an email to customerservice@barongbarong.com.

What happens if a product is not in stock?

All the articles shown on our website are in stock. Every day we update our inventory system. However, it may happen that a product is out of stock. If it appears we don't  have the product in stock anymore we will contact you and try to find a solution. If we don't find a solution we will refund the order amount on your bank account.

We offer various payment options. You can pay with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal.

 

Delivery 

How will my order be delivered?

All orders in The Netherlands will be send out with PostNL. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail you will find a link to the track and trace. This enables you to receive information about the whereabouts of your order at any time.

Where will my order be delivered?

The address you give when you place your order will automatically be chosen as the delivery address. If you would rather have your order delivered to a different address, you can change the shipping address when you place your order.

When can I expect my order?

In the Netherlands, you can expect your order within three business days. With each shipment, you will receive a track and trace number, with this number you can go online and track the status of your order.

What if I am not in when my order is delivered?

The delivery company may leave the order with a neighbour. They will leave you a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to show you where you can collect your parcel from.

What are the shipping costs?

In the Netherlands you pay €3,95 for shipping costs. When you order for more than €75, your order will be delivered for free.

 

Returns and exchange 

How do I return my order?

Using these steps, you can easily return your order:

Step 1: On the enclosed return form you write down your personal information, the product information and the reason for return. You can also indicate on the form whether you would like to receive a different item from us.

Step 2: Cut-out the address label, which is located on the return form and paste it on the parcel.

Step 3: Return your parcel franked.

Are there any costs associated with returning my package?

Returning items is at your own expense. We don't refund the shipping costs if you return or exchange an order. Except if it's a fault made by Barong Barong. Barong Barong can in no way be liable for lost or damaged shipments.

How do I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and processed, the purchase price will be refunded. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days after processing your return. The method of repayment depends on how you paid for your order: If you pay by credit card, you will receive payment back on that same card. The transfer will be visible on your next credit card statement. We have no control on the processing date of your credit card company. If you pay by PayPal, you will receive the credit on your PayPal account. Whether you use that amount for another purchase on your PayPal account or simply refund your bank is your decision. We have no control over this process. If you pay by iDEAL, the purchase will be refunded to the bank account from which the article has been paid.
