Return conditions

Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or returned without labels, will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original state, with packaging, otherwise the refund can not be made. Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. How do I return my order?

Using these steps, you can easily return your order:

Step 1: On the enclosed return form you write down your personal information, the product information and the reason for return. 

Step 2: Cut-out the address label, which is located on the return form and paste it on the parcel.

Are there any costs associated with returning my package?

Returning items is at your own expense. We don’t refund the shipping costs if you return or exchange an order. Except if it’s a fault made by Barong Barong. Barong Barong can in no way be liable for lost or damaged shipments or returns.

How do I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and processed, the purchase price will be refunded. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days after processing your return. The method of repayment depends on how you paid for your order: If you pay by credit card, you will receive payment back on that same card. The transfer will be visible on your next credit card statement. We have no control on the processing date of your credit card company. If you pay by PayPal, you will receive the credit on your PayPal account. Whether you use that amount for another purchase on your PayPal account or simply refund your bank is your decision. We have no control over this process. If you pay by IDEAL, the purchase will be refunded to the bank account from which the article has been paid.

Is it possible to return or exchange my order in your store?

Yes, it is possible to return or exchange your order in our store. Please contact us in advance if you want to return your items in our boutique store.
