All the articles shown on our website are in stock. Our inventory system is updated automatically. However, it may happen that a product is out of stock. If it appears we don't have the product in stock anymore we will contact you and try to find a solution. If we don't find a solution we will refund the order amount on your bank account.

It depends on where you are. Deliveries are made from Monday - Friday between 11:00 and 17:00 CEST. We will ship your order the same day if it's placed before 17:00 on working days. This means orders within the Netherlands will arrive the next day. Deliveries overseas can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use our local courier partners, in the Netherlands this is PostNL. For shipments overseas PostNL works together with SpringGDS and Royal Mail.
First we will make sure your order will be packed under save conditions in our Barong Barong gift box. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail you will find a link to the track and trace code. This enables you to receive information about the whereabouts of your order at any time.
The delivery company may leave the order with a neighbour. They will leave you a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to show you where you can collect your parcel from.

Once your return has been received and processed, the purchase price will be refunded. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days after processing your return. The method of repayment depends on how you paid for your order: If you pay by credit card, you will receive payment back on that same card. The transfer will be visible on your next credit card statement. We have no control on the processing date of your credit card company. If you pay by PayPal, you will receive the credit on your PayPal account. Whether you use that amount for another purchase on your PayPal account or simply refund your bank is your decision. We have no control over this process. If you pay by iDEAL, the purchase will be refunded to the bank account from which the article has been paid.
Your piece of Barong Barong Jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty. However, if damage occurs due to maltreatment of the jewelry, our warranty does not cover it. Please read our detailed Warranty Policy.
If your product doesn't comply with our warranty policy, we're still able to help with advice. Because repairs can vary a lot, don't hesitate to contact us.
